Sharps Disposal Information

Waste Management will take sharps (needles) as long as they are in either a sharps container or placed inside an empty detergent bottle.  If using a detergent bottle the lid must be tightly sealed with tape and the container  clearly labeled “SHARPS”.  The container or bottle can then be placed at the top of your trash container for collection with your regular refuse.
