The Village of Sugar Grove has been asked by the Kane County Board to assist them in their effort to distribute information on the county's “Help for Homeowners” initiative. The "Help for Homeowners" initiative's focus is a campaign to highlight government and not-for-profits services that are already available to homeowners. The information highlights items from emergency repair assistance and property tax exemptions, to property tax freeze options and foreclosure prevention counseling.
