President Michels opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and asked that hat the roll be called

Present:

President Michels Trustee Geary, Trustee Wolf, Trustee Bohler, and Trustee Clark.

Trustee Williams and Trustee Johnson.

Quorum Established.

Village Administrator Brent Eichelberger and Acting Village Clerk Cynthia Welsch

Trustee Geary moved to authorize the signing of the employment agreements for the Village of Sugar Grove Community Development Director and the Public Works Director as presented. Trustee Wolf seconded the motion. Trustee Clark asked for a brief overview of the contracts. Administrator Eichelberger stated that besides salary, term of contract both contract included a severance clause and the Public Works Director’s included a vehicle. There was no further discussion and President Michels then called for a roll call vote.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m. by President Michels, as there was no further business.
