Building permits
are required for the construction, alteration or repair, demolition
or movement of any building or structure in the Village of Sugar Grove.
The above information can be used to assist you in the building
permit process. All information is in PDF format. The application
on this page is to be used only for those types of permits listed
and may not be used for new residential, commercial or industrial permits.
The
Building and Permit Division is responsible for the review and
issuance of all building permits and the inspection of all new and
renovated structures to ensure they meet all applicable codes. This division is also responsible for the enforcement of the Village's Zoning, Building, Subdivision and Storm Water Codes.
